1. THOROUGHLY BRUSH your teeth three times a day.  To achieve zero cavities and avoid teeth and gum problems, brushing your teeth thoroughly for two to three minutes after meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) can help lessen the possibilities of getting a toothache.





2. FLOSS your teeth daily. To remove plaque in between teeth, floss your teeth daily in a slow and and gentle motion.






3. LIMIT sugary food and acidic drinks. Sugary food (sweets, cakes, chocolate and biscuits) and acidic drinks (soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices) may cause tooth decay.






4. DON'T smoke or drink alcoholic beverages. In order to avoid yellowing of teeth, avoid smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages.






5.  VISIT BRITANNIA MEDICAL CENTER. The easiest way to maintain healthy teeth that can beautify your smile is to have regular check-ups (recommended every 3 months).  Your health is really our concern.
